We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping timelines:
- Standard Website Items (T-Shirts, Accessories, etc.) – Orders typically ship within 8-10 business days.
- Custom Team Store Items – These items are made to order and may take up to 30 days or more to be delivered. Shipping times may vary based on production schedules and demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact our customer support team.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines:
- Custom Team Store Items – All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Standard Website Items – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or order error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
