  • Custom Team Store Items – These are made to order and may take up to 30 days or more for production and delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom Team Store Items: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless there is a defect or order error.
  • Standard Website Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
